Adam is the Operations Manager and Lead Paralegal for the Essential Patents Group, LLP firm. He brings over eight years of patent paralegal experience and manages day to day activities of the firm.
He has worked and successfully communicated with a diverse group of legal offices and professionals to maintain a healthy relationship and stay up to date on all legal procedures as they relate to intellectual property law. Some of his duties include providing help to all partners and attorneys in the firm in order to deliver quality services to clients of their portfolio. As the office manager he acts as the firm’s administrative contact and assists with budget estimates and invoicing. He also has extensive experience that comprises, but is not limited to, researching, preparing, and analyzing legal documents such as patent applications, petitions, amendments, information disclosure statements and various letters to foreign associates while being extremely proficient using the USPTO and PCT systems. He maintains the firms’ databases and patent docketing systems, and monitors firm patent deadlines while being dedicated to staying well organized and educated in order to provide his services to the overall success of the firm.
