Blayne is a Partner with the firm. Blayne’s current practice focuses on patent-related matters including patent preparation and prosecution. He has particular experience in performing due diligence analysis for patent transactions, providing legal reviews of infringement assertions in preparation for licensing and litigation activities, and supporting portfolio management including targeted patent prosecution.
Blayne’s technical experience includes the fields of integrated circuit devices, semiconductor process, device, and packaging, consumer electronics, video and graphics, software, artificial intelligence (AI), chemical, and mechanical.
Blayne has also handled pro bono U Visa immigration cases for victims of violent crimes. Prior to joining the legal profession, Blayne was a semiconductor process engineer for Intel Corporation with responsibilities as lithography team lead for various high-volume fabrication expansions and product launches.
